We meet in the morning of the fourth Wednesday of each month, usually at a member’s house, at 10 am for about two hours.
We’re a small, friendly group of people who all enjoy creative writing, sharing our efforts and encouraging each other. We’ll have a go at anything from short stories
to flash fiction, limericks to haiku, as well as other themes. Some members entering competitions when the challenge inspires us. All forms of writing are respected

We’re also hoping to attend local literary events, authors’ talks and workshops when we can.
Each month, we have a choice of topics to write about before the next meeting and in the session itself, we also write for 10-15 minutes, again sharing the results.
But by far the most important thing is to write from the heart and enjoy the whole process, hence our gentle ‘critiques’ are always supportive and helpful.
